Need more continued instruction to sync

I ended up uninstalling the network synchronizer extension
because after the initial
sync I found nothing to tall me how to do additional syncs. Now I
am completely turned around and my mobile MD does not have the
letters & numbers code anymore. This could have been avoided
with addition instruction oh how to continue syncing after initial
sync. Thinking of getting a license but I do not want to buy a
program with complete support information to use all the functions.
Why isn't the info more thorough? I relly wanted to buy this
program!
