I am now feeling happy about using MD for our joint account. Can I set up 2 others, one for me personally and one for my wife which we can chose to start-up separately, e.g. MD 1 and MD 2 apart from 'Moneydance' ? I understand I can set up such accounts within the joint version (and hide them) but we want to be able to have our own. We don't need to be able to transfer money between us. This question seems to have been asked recently but there was no answer to the specific question. Thanks.

If you are asking if you can have completely separate data sets which are not shared, then the answer is yes. sharing of data is at the individual data set level not at the program level. You can only have one data set at a time and you move between them using the Open menu command.
