I have a joint account whereby both me and my partner deposit a certain amount of money inside every month. I created a category of "joint account expenses" in moneydance. However, I cant seem to classify the transfer of money from account A to the joint account, as "income" for the month. any idea if there is any workaround for it?

If I'm understanding you correctly, you're basically moving money from one account that is yours into a joint account? If that's the case, it wouldn't be counted as income, because moving money between accounts is neither income nor an expense. If I'm not understanding your situation, can you please explain it in a bit more detail?

Yes you're right, I'm trying to track my income and expenses in my joint
account but I realised I can't do that properly unless the cash transfer
    counts as income. Thanks
