    I Bank with Chase.

You need to enable your account at Chase for their Direct Access service for Quicken users. See attached screenshots and follow the mouse. You need to select 1. Customer Center, 2. Financial Management Software, 3. Activate Direct Access (mine is already activated so it looks a little different).

Then you need to choose "Chase" in the dropdown menu of Financial Institutions when setting up the Direct Connect for your account within Moneydance. See attached screenshot.

Your login credentials for Direct Connect downloading of data from Chase is the same as your Web login to your account at chase.com.

You also need to enable your account at BoA for their Direct Connect service for Quicken users.

    By the way,
You'll also want to set your Netwok Preferences in Moneydance to the following screenshot for best control over the downloading and Merge process.

You'll find Network Preferences within Moneydance under File > Preferences.

A refund was requested in another thread and so I am closing this discussion.
