Steffanie,
Are you trying to log on to PNC's website, or to download PNC transactions from within Moneydance?
Do let me know and we'll go from there,

John,
I'm not sure what kinds of changes PNC is making, could you please let me know if you're getting an error message? A screenshot would be especially helpful in diagnosing the issue,

Angie,
There was an error code before it blocked me from getting to adding bills,
after I selected bill paying routine. I don't remember the error code number
other than it said try later.
I tried later in the day and did get into the bill paying routine, added mu
invoice amount ok , but when I went to the payment activity area, this is
where the change was made. Its completely different than before, and there
is no print message on page. the page is not the same info as before, there
is no account numbers listed with any of the invoices to be paid. When I
went to force a printout of the work completed , the information did not fit
the 8 x 10 page. When I tired to preview adjust and print I loot my printer
connection and had to reboot. I did talk to some one today via wealth
management, Justin said some one would try to work on the problem and get
back in the next 3 days. I hope this info helps you ! I also think what ever
the change was it is causing my PC to crash when I go into PNC on line
banking, forcing a reboot .
Thanks

Hi John,
Are you trying to pay bills using Moneydance or the PNC website? If you're using their website, you'll need to contact PNC for support. It sounds like they might be making changes to their site, but they'd be able to give you more information on those changes.
