Chase download not downloading transactions

Dear friends,
I have gotten my Direct Connect to my Chase checking account to work and have successfully been using it for bill payment. (Hooray! the good news.) But now, when I do either "Download All Accounts" or "Download Chase Checking Transactions" I am not receiving the recently cleared transactions. I have to go the the Chase website and request a download of a specific date range of transactions. Then they appear in Moneydance and I can confirm and merge them.
The other accounts on my "All Accounts" download are downloading the recent transactions perfectly.
Is there something I can do to bring Chase in line?

There was discussion of similar topic i read in the 'problems' forum, and some troubleshooting going on there. From what i understand this problem was introduced in a recent (r2?) update to moneydance, and involves dates being sent to the bank in the wrong format or something to that extent.
There may have been mention there of an updated (weekly build) version which fixes this, but i'm personally hesitant to try non-stable software with my real data, and by non stable i mean not generally fully tested and released to all customers as a general release. If i hear it's safe i may try the upgrade, but am not looking forward to upgrading 3 separate copies i am using (desktop, laptop, mac).

Hi Dorothy,
Try reseting the sync on your Chase account. You can do so by opening the Online Setup window for that account and clicking on the Reset Sync button. Hopefully, once your dates are synced once, you should be able to continue downloading without repeated resets.

Which Chase choice did you use when you setup your account in Moneydance?
There is a listing called "Chase" and then there are listings under J.P. Morgan.
I have a Chase Checking Account. It was setup using the "Chase" choice in the list of financial institutions.
I have never had a problem with Chase transaction downloads.

I am trying to set up downloading from Chase and I keep getting an error message https://www.oasis.cfree.com/1601.ofxgp
I called chase and they were not helpful. I then tried to manually set up the Chase OFX and still got an error message of
https://www.oasis.cfree.com/1601.ofxgp
I got my Discover to work so I am not totally ignorant but this is driving me crazy. What do these error messages mean and how do I set it up.?

I updated Moneydance and got it to work.
