Multiple accounts at BofA, one works the other does not.
I am trying to set up two BofA accounts. I transferred the accounts with no transaction data from Quicken QIF files and the accounts some how had the same account & routing numbers on both. When I downloaded one account I got transactions from the other. I fixed that issue my editing the account & routing number on the 2nd account. Now the first account still works but the 2nd doesn't.
I get the following message: "The error code reported by the server was:2000".
Any fixes for this issue? I am using the trial version 2010r3 Build 751 on an XP machine. I really like the product, but the download feature is a must have. There are several other institutions I will need to add also. Are there known issues with any other banks and credit card companies?
Thanks in Advance!

Hi Jerold,
There was someone with a similar problem with E-trade accounts. The original issue you experienced sounds like your B of A accounts were not mapped properly.
Look to this thread, specifically post number 6 from forum member Oilcan.

Post back to let us know if it worked out for you. OK?

Jerold,
Kevin's advice is sound, and I have attached a screenshot of the mapping interface to this thread. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance, and if this does not resolve the issue do let me know so we can look into other possible causes and solutions.

Hey Folks,
Thanks a million! I will test this out over the next few days because I think that Kevin's direction did the trick. I will keep you posted on any other issues as I run through the trial version. So far I am very pleased with the product and the support from IK staff and the community.
